The pipe gas cutting machine is designed to tackle harsh site conditions ,so is made of all steel construction Accesibilty to the clamping chain is easyand straight forward also this machine does not need any special design chains, it uses chains which are readily available.The pipe gas cutting machine is designed to tackle harsh site conditions ,so is made of all steel construction. proper clamping chain as per diameter now slide the machine along with chain on to the pipe, now tighten the nut on top to tighten the chain. Adjust cutting torch to requirement , start gas supply to ignite torch adjust flame length with the height adjustment knob.You are now ready to start cutting of the pipe. As the machine rotates along the diameter the torch now cuts the pipe .You can also do bevelling by adjusting torch angle, bevel degree from 35degree to max 45 degree a engraved degree dial is provided for the same on the machine.
Fixed length chains supplied readily with machine for standard pipe diameters.
Machine mounts on Pipe OD and on rotating handle indexes around the pipe simultaneously cutting the pipe.
Min OD 100mm to 2000mm OD(even more with bigger chains)
Horizontal movement of the torch is 70mm.
Vertical movement of torch is 70mm.
